Head Of Campus

Samantha Streak, known as Sam, is an experienced educator and leader with over 33 years in education. Passionate about Montessori and Cambridge International, she creates transformative learning environments blending education, neuroscience, and human development.

Sam is the Founding Principal of the Port Elizabeth Montessori School and has held leadership roles, including Primary Principal at Northfields International School in Mauritius. She consults for Genex, is a founding member of the Montessori Association for Africa, and serves as a Trustee at Missionvale Care Centre. A PhD candidate at Durban University of Technology, she is also training with the Association Montessori Internationale.

Guided by principles of dignity, child-centred learning, and well-being, Sam champions education approaches rooted in science to nurture human potential. Inspired by Dr. Maria Montessori’s vision, she leads with authenticity and a commitment to lifelong learning, always striving to empower individuals and transform society.
