HOPfit & eta
HOPfit is a family run business with the aim of teaching children and adults to incorporate physical activities in their everyday lives and making working out fun for all.
This is an invitation to all parents and staff at Generation Schools. We do online workouts and boot camps developing flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.
Come bring your towel, your water bottle and a positive attitude. Come have some fun with Coach Will.
Each campus has various times. See the table below to confirm your class times.
Please note our sign up terms
First-come, First-served, so please ensure you are at the class 15 minutes before your class to secure a spot. R160.00 a month, paid upfront, which will be reimbursed at the end of the month. If any session is unattended, you will forgo the R160.00.
