The schooling system hasn’t changed in over 100 years. Schools were created during the industrial era to train children to become factory workers. But we are now in the information age, and the world has changed dramatically. The skills that children need to succeed have changed.
The problem is that the schooling system hasn’t kept up with the times and it is still teaching children to be passive learners. Schools, as they are now, don’t offer students any choice or freedom. It’s a one size fits all approach, without any consideration for how they might best absorb and express the content.
Education reform should not be about establishing new school groups; it should be about empowering children to decide how they are taught and assessed, rather than limiting them to one style of learning. By giving children more choice and freedom in their learning, we can start to create a system that meets their needs in the 21st century.

International Access Qualifications
FULLY ACCREDITED
Sí programmes are fully accredited by the Awards for Training and Higher Education (ATHE) And ETA.
ATHE is registered and accredited through OFQUAL (The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation).
ATHE is widely recognised across a vast majority of the UK and international universities as a pathway to studying for a degree. Sí courses and qualifications also offer students transferrable stackable credits. Upon completing a qualification, students can use these credits to recognise prior learning (RPL) when applying to Higher Education institutions. This broad level of acceptance and increased progression opportunities makes it an attractive offering for our students.
Sí uses a blended approach to education where students engage in online and on-campus learning. ATHE courses are asynchronous, meaning students can start at any time of the year, allowing them to work through content at their own pace while gaining invaluable real-world experience.
With Sí, students not only have the opportunity to complete their Matric equivalence NQF level 4 certificate, but they can also engage with more modular learning and micro- and nano-certifications through our eta College and Junior to Giant programmes.
Eta College is an accredited institution specialising in health and fitness micro-degrees and nano-certifications. Eta qualifications are registered on the Higher Education Qualifications Framework (HEQSF) and the Occupational Qualifications Sub Framework.
These qualifications focus on specific skill sets designed to help students get into health and fitness careers, such as sports coaches, managers, event managers, personal trainers and more.
